No parents names were recorded for baptisms in Chilham before 1565.
There weren't lots of Burg(e/i)s events in Chilham, nearly all were clearly the family of Richard and Ann (only clear exception being the baptism of a Thomas, son of John in 1591); this, together with the spacing of the two baptisms with no parent named before those shown to be children of Richard suggests they were also his.
Her probable father Richard left a will; this may well confirm her as his daughter.

However, the lack of any burial of any other wife in Chilham or of a remarriage suggests that she was.
