Although the age is not right I think this must be this Frederick's death, as I can find no other that can be his. As a boarder at the time of the 1911 census, not with his wife, his death may well have been registered by someone who did not know him well and got his age wrong.
Notes - (Research):Several trees show this Frederick Henry Standen as marrying Catherine Winser in 1931. Possible but unlikely, as he would have been 80 and she 34. Catherine was with her husband at the time of the 1939 register, from which it can be seen that her FHS was not born until 1901!
