As she was of Elham when she married, and this baptism is of an Elizabeth Fisher of the right age, it would seem it was her. Also, this Elizabeth appears to have had a sister Priscilla, an uncommon name but one she gave a daughter, adding weight to this being the right Elizabeth Fisher, and Priscilla's baptism supplying her father's name.
(Of course it is not proof her father was William - Priscilla could have been a cousin. If Elizabeth lost her parents very early she could have grown up with her cousin and named a child after her, or it could be a grandmother's name that both Priscilla's were named after. One problem with the theory that Wm. was Elizabeth's father's name is the lack of a burial of a Wm. in Elham).
