"24 Peter Cranch & Margaret Northmore by Bans" - under heading 'Weddings in March 1757.' and a subsequent headings 'April'.
i.e. this is not a Hardwick entry; it is included in a composite register. Other parishes I have seen which continued to include weddings in a composite register also had a separate Hardwick register. The Charles Church registers browsable on FMP only include a marriage register from 1761. There were so many marriages at the church this only covers 1761-1769, so it seems likley there was an earlier volume, 1754-1761. If it does still exist it may give more information about the couple.
