Frances GRIGSBY

with Teresa Ann GOATHAM Born - Some family trees have a Frances Grigsby born Sittingborne (or Milton) 1767 - they show no evidence for this birth, so could be a guess.

(Age ~ 63 years) Married 11 Oct 1791 All Saints’ Church, Iwade, Kent, England
- It was probably this Frances who had an illegitimate child and then married in Iwade (as shown on this tree) but it is possible it was another Frances Grigsby, and that this Frances was the Frances who had an illegitimate child in Eastchurch (on the Isle of Sheppey) in 1792, fathered by a William Longhurst. Both mother and baby died in 1794, I don't know what became of William Longhurst..
KFHS CD 12 (mainly from Mary Wigan Transcripts) shows that at Iwade on 11 Oct 1791 a George OSMOR of Milton married Frances GRIGSBY otp by Banns; witnesses: Henry Roberts and.James Fletcher.
The Iwade PR transcripts on KFHS CD 17 show more or less the same - George OSMER Bachelor of Milton to Frances GREGSBY Spinster of Tp [Iwade]
