      I think the above is the most likely, but by no means certain. Elizabeth's death was probably either in 1845 or 1849, as she was with her husband in 1841 but not in 1851:
      The other possibility:    
      Tanton, Elizabeth q1 1849 Hollingbourne RD 5 238

      Hollingbourne RD was where Elizabeth came from - had she returned to relations to be cared for? But Joseph was from Lenham as well, and I suspect the Elizabeth who died in 1849 was a relation of Joseph's - but not his wife.
      Holborn RD includes Grays Inn Parish. At the time of the 1841 census the family were living in the Grays Inn district of St. Pancras parish, so I think they were close to Holborn RD if not in it; this death could easily be this Elizabeth's.
