Note the number - 7. Registration only started on 1st July 1837, so this was one of the earliest.
The inclusion of the time of death is unusual, and probably due to it being so soon after registration started.
Also, unusually for the certificate of a married woman, it does not name her late husband or give his occupation, merely showing her "widow" under "Rank or Profession".
I only have one other example of this, for another 5 x gt grandmother who died on 21 October 1839 (although a 5 x gt grandmother who died 2 days earlier did have the usual format "widow of James Baker - Farmer").
