The will of the Elias Rowe who probably died 1675, certainly between 1670 and 1675, suggests from the children and wife named that this was the Elias who married widow Anne Baker and then widow Alice Stark.
A man being left with young children was likely to marry quite quickly and so that the widower of Susan would marry soon after her death in May 1639 does suggest that he was probably the Elias who married in July 1640.
However, I have seen no evidence to confirm this, and a householder Elias Row was buried 22 Oct 1679. At present it has to be possible that that was Susan's widower.
(Finding the baptisms of the children of the Elias who left the will, Elias and Sybill, might help, especially Sybill as it is quite likely that both Eliases would name a son Elias).
