    • Might have been one of the 2 William Vogwills buried in Launcells in 1794 and 1796 - if so, clearly not the father of Charlotte!  (on the Cornwall OPC database)
      However, Charlotte named a daughter Prudence Vogwell SYMONS suggesting to me that she was descended from William's parents.
      I suspect this William was Charlotte's father and like her moved to Devon.
      And when I look there was a burial of a William of the right age in Stoke Damerel.
