Witnesses Henry and Emma were presumably Ellen's brother and sister with these names.
Although it was not needed, as Thomas died shortly before the census, the number of years of marriage and of children was filled in for Ellen on the 1911 census. It showed that they had been married 57 years (actually 56), and had had 7 children of whom one had died. As I have found the other 6 still alive the one who had died must have been Henry.

Like many people Richard didn't fully absorb what was being asked for in terms of number of children in the 1911 census and wrote "6 Preavious 2 present" across the total number of children / children still living columns. This is a little surprising since he seems to have had 9 children by his "preavious", marriage, as whilst his answer could be read to mean that 6 were still living in 1911 it appears thatonly one of had died, while his daughter Elsie was married and his son Brian living with an uncle and aunt; both can be found in Bredgar at the time of the 1911 census, so unless Richard was indicating he had disowned 2 of his children it may simply refer to 6 living at home!

Family 2 Sarah MILLEN, b. 18 Dec 1875, Molash, Kent, England , d. Aft 1939 (Age 64 years) Banns of marriage From 22 Dec 1907 to 5 Jan 1908 St. John the Baptist Church, Bredgar, Kent, England - From register entry (image on FMP, viewed 3 Mar 2020)
Married Mar Q 1908 St. Mary of Charity Church, Faversham, Kent, England - GRO ref: AYLETT, Richard to MILLEN, Sarah q1 1908 Faversham RD 2a 1349
Since the banns were read in Bredgar but there was no marriage there, and it was in Faversham RD, it should have been in Faversham Parish Church, as the banns show Sarah was of that parish and this is confirmed by the register code of 88 in the index on the KCC website.
Children
Though the KFHS baptism transcriptions end in 1915, so judging by baptisms there may have been more children of this marriage after that date, the birth registrations suggest there was not (looking for births of Ayletts with mother's maiden name of Millen, 1915-1935)
