  • Name Bennett DELYSTER
    Relationshipwith Teresa Ann GOATHAM
    Born Bef 1555
    • Sisters Bennett and Ellen were two of the complainants in a Chancery Court case. So far I have only seen the decree (dated 29 Oct 1555) and Discover catalogue entries; one of these shows a date for one of the documents between 1544 and 1551. They could have been minors with someone acting for them but must have been born by 1555, probably by 1551 (if catalogue entry is correct).
    Gender Female
    Will 20 Oct 1569

Mother Marian EASTON,   d. Bef 1555
    Married
    • A Chancery Court case shows that John's wife Marian, sister of John E(a)ston, was the mother of Eleanor and Bennett. Since John's son William was not shown as an heir of Marian it seems fairly safe to assume he wasn't her son.
