"April the 12th was buried Thos: Wotton Afft the 14th"
It seems likely to be this Thomas, but could be his son.
Another was buried in 1740, described as 'senior' indicating there was by then a 3rd in the parish around this time. It could be this Thomas who was buried 1740 and his son buried 1735.

Family Elizabeth BAKER, b. Est 1670, bur. 15 Mar 1825, St. Andrew’s Church, Ipplepen, Devon, England (Age ~ 155 years) Married 30 Apr 1696 St. Andrew’s Church, Ipplepen, Devon, England - From PR entry (image on FMP, viewed 4 Dec 2014)
"Aprill the 30th Thomas Wotton the son of John Wotton sen: marryed Elizabeth Baker"
The baptisms of children with parents named Thomas and Elizabeth, found in Ipplepen PRs from 1697 to 1709/10 would seem to be the children of this Thomas and Elizabeth. There is no marriage or burials to suggest there was a second couple called Thomas and Elizabeth in Ipplepen at this time. However, the baptisms of Thomas and William seem unexpectedly close, especially given that no burial of an infant Thomas has been found. Maybe this indicates that Thomas and Elizabeth were prospering, and Elizabeth's well enough fed to get pregnant whilst breast feeding, something that from the usual gaps between children seems to have been rare at this time.
