It seems probable that his mother registered both events at the same time.  From his Christian names, recorded as William Woodhouse in the baptism register, I am guessing that William was the son of William Woodhouse BREALEY as well as of Elizabeth GOTHAM.

It is accurate as their (or at least, Elizabeth's) son who had died was born about 4 weeks before they married, so was not a child of the marriage.
