  Notes	What became of Fanny after 1921? Such a common name it's hard to know. Did she remarry? If she did she would have been too old to have more children so unless can see marriage PR entries or buy possible certs to see father's name unlikely to discover. If she died a Thomas AND had stayed in Wandsworth RD then this could be her death, though age 2 years older than she would have been: GRO ref: Thomas, Fanny q4 1937 aged 70 Wandsworth RD 1d 609 Not found as a THOMAS in the 1939 register, looking for a Fanny with the dob as on her birth reg. Not with her daughter in 1939. (Research):With her parents and siblings in 1881, not with them in 1891. Given she would have been aged about 22 not surprising, could easily have left home, far from safe to assume she had died. Looking at the census finds a Fanny Hambling, working (in service) in Margate that year, just 16 miles from Canterbury, 30 from Ashford - close considering the distances this family travelled. AND she is shown as born in Lincoln!
